This is a two part answer.
1.
We only represent an organisation after we have assessed them as a business and concluded that we are confident partners to help achieve their growth strategy.
We engage in a detailed conversation with their CEO/ senior leadership team, and we look at what they are designed to do, their history, their vision, their culture and if they are offering career defining opportunities/ justifications for their next hire(s).
If our values don’t align, we politely decline to proceed.
2.
Most if not all the experienced candidates we represent are exclusive headhunt approaches, successful individuals who are keeping an open mind to what could be available to them outside their current firm.
We approach talented recruiters with a meaningful opportunity, often tailored to their experience with the freedom to further develop their career alongside an uplift in earning potential.
